1. Service Description

CipherParty provides a free, browser-based word association game for recreational use among friends. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Ephemeral Gameplay

Rooms and matches are short-lived coordination states. Network interruptions or server updates may occasionally reset an in-progress game. We do not guarantee permanent persistence of match histories.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not abuse room creation APIs, conduct automated denial-of-service attacks, or submit abusive content. Rate limits are enforced on room creation and joining.
